Nice silicone lubricant spray - less wasteful than silicone gel I used it with my treadmill and if possible would be using it again until I find something even better But I don't think you can get something better as I can't find any gel online If someone finds one please tell me and please tell about pricing I think its great for the price and recommend it fully to anyone especially treadmill users
