Nijanthan had explained the product details well and how to choose the treadmaill according to our weight. The product delivered on next day in pucca condition. And product demo was explained well and took some time as well for personal tips for fitness. He had provided pre exercise to do before jogging and then post exercise to maintain the body well. Nijanthan gave an excellent training session at home, teaching effective stretches and how to use our elliptical properly. As a free service, they gave us a full demo of the equipment and answered all our fitness-related questions. They also taught us useful pre-workout and post-workout exercises to help us stay healthy and fit. Also he was professional, knowledgeable, and very approachable.
