We purchased HT 55 Treadmill from propel fitness kalyannagar two weeks back. The sales manager was excellent in explaining the machine. Delivery of the machine & the installation all happened within a matter of two hrs. The technicians were well behaved & did the installation in a professional way. Overall experience with the showroom was awesome.

We purchased PT 88i Treadmill from Fitnessone Kalyan Nagar Bangalore about two years back.I want to share my nightmare experience after purchasing this worthless product. Firstly there warranty is for one year only.They wil force you to post positive reviews in Google.After that they will give you one more year of extended warranty.That will come by post to your address after a month.So, pl don't get carried away by all these positive reviews. The treadmill is giving all sorts of problems after the warranty period.First the PC Board repairs we spent around 3500 .Now the motor is making loud noise like an ambulance.The technician is not giving any solutions.He will again asking around 3 k for motor bearing issue.Still the treadmill is making deafening noise.But they are simply giving false hope that after some usage the sound will go off.I am totally disappointed & frustrated with this treadmill.The technician is not solving any issues.It is simply lying like a junk piece.Pl don't purchase this costly junk.I am regretting my purchase of this useless treadmill.

The experience with Propel fitness, Kalyannagar has been quite good. The sales part of the process was hassle free. Immediately the next day the product was delivered and the technician did a neat job of assembling the unit. Their fitness trainer Mr.Shashidhar met us a couple of days later and explained about the equipment in detail. He even suggested a few more exercises that when done along with the cross trainer will help us reduce weight and keep us fit. Overall experience has been good

From past 2 months I am using PT 81 treadmill of propel brand it's really good machine and complementary training session was really useful. Thanks to propel and i recommend this brand.

Excellent after sale support! They send in the professional trainer after equipment installation to guide on usage of equipment and provide diet counseling as well which is complimentary and no other showroom does! And trainer has so much knowledge on diet and lifestyle. Really worth every penny.

I purchased HT 72i treadmill. The product is good. It is having a Max speed of 12 km/hr and manual inclination. Installation is free & maintenance is free for one year and also main benefit is fitness trainer guidance. Fitness trainer by name Mr. Shashi will be visiting your house for guidance on using treadmill and he will explain you the exercises using dumbbell and other floor exercises along with the schedule and sets for entire week. If you were having a little knowledge of using dumbbell, his guidance will be of amazing benefit. He will give you total body workouts schedule. Fitness trainer Shashi is a very professional person. That's enough and no need to go to gym. Equipment and service, both are amazing..

A very good experience with Propel. Got it delivered and technician came for assembly on the same day. Product is good and reasonably priced. Good thing is that they arrange professional trainer for demo as a compliment. Mr. Shashi who came to our house was good at explaining and very professional. Thanks Shashi and team 🙂

Bought propel gym cycle from fitnessone's propel fitness showroom ..This was my first experience of buying gym equipment so was little skeptical.But the service they offer right from choosing equipment till trainer session everything is amazing .wonderful Team. Propel products are good. I have bought elliptical cx 83i it is very useful and helped me alot. The trainer is very helpful and his suggestions make me feel comfortable to do my daily. Excercise.
